Be sure to get the 7075 RC hubs so you can run the larger bearings because the stock 19mm bearings will only last a few runs with all the added weight. Wheel hub extenders will definitely kill the stock 19mm bearings.

Lauterbacher is a hit and miss. I've seen guys destroy a set of shoes in one tank while me and a few others actually save money over buying stock shoes. It's all in the setup. I threw mine right in and never ever adjusted it and shoes last forever.

FLM parts are pretty good. I've used a lot of their stuff in other RC cars without any issues. I'd be curious to see the stuff installed in somebody's ride.

I hardly ever watch TV either, exept for the Walking Dead on Sunday night. Other than that I usually can only watch it for about 20 minutes. 20 minutes is about how long it takes before 2-3 of the shows that I'm watching all have commercials on at the same time.

I'm still trying to get used to using that Win 8 start screen. I guess Microsoft didn't realize that people are used to small icons because of their Iphone/Android phones and don't want a desktop filled with a dozen HUGE tiles. I feel like I'm using a computer built for the seeing impaired.

You also have to watch out for the pinion gear setscrews backing out and catching the motor mount. It will lock the motor and make it almost impossible to take the pinion gear off.
