XT ripping gears up

Hi, new to the gas rc world...I have the xt and I just added a jetpro pipe and a obr 7.5 hp engine. I keep ripping my gears up. I have done this twice know. I can't figure out why this keep happening. Do you have any idea why this keep happening.

If i were to guess, your bearings are collapsing, due to the plastic gear plate, or cheap stock bearings.
