So I just got home....saw a box in my front door........and my wheels and tires are here!!

Lemme give a quick over view of the set! They are Black rims with gunmetal bead locks. They are taller than the stock XT wheels but as wide as the stockers, my rig is sitting up higher which I like no more chassis slap from a jump I hope..so here's some pics (no outdoor shots because it's raining out here

But the question is the wheels look out of balance due to poor installation of the bead locks!! Any tips on how to fix the bead locks??

You could take the beadlocks off and make sure the tires are set correctly on the wheel.

Also what would you use to tighten the nut?? I wanna use my regular 24mm socket but I'm afraid that those might be too hard for the aluminum lol

I use a socket on all of mine. A trick to keeping your anodized nuts pretty, use a piece of plastic grocery sack inside the socket. It helps to avoid scratches.

Just snug the nuts no need to jam them on. They look great like the size of them. Do they have something that would fit the MT?
Those would fit the MT with Baja adapters. There almost as tall, just a bit narrower but lighter than the MT wheels/tires.

I tighten my beadlocks in a star pattern. They're usually pretty even when I do that.

I use a 24mm socket on my wheel nuts. No damage, so far.

I had to take another look. They do look cool! Keep us posted on how they perform.
