I have a new allum intake, with teflon gaskets.

The bolts they sent are too long, 20mm? I got some 16mm that I think will work.

How tight do I go with a teflon gasket?

I don't have a small torque wrench, only a big ft lb one.

Can the teflon gasket be over tightened?

It's pretty thick, I don't want it to leak, but don't want to squish the pulse port hole...?

Yea don't go too tight it will sguish the teflon gasket.hand tight and then a 1/4-1/2 turn should be good.just keep an eye on the gaskets you will see them start to push out.i over tightened mine and got air leaks.i also would use locktite a on the bolts.
