Was wondering if anyone has ever tried the belt drives for the xt. Wanted to know if I should get one or keep stock gears.

Anything is better that gears@brimmer @Phill is the member you want to talk to. He swears by his and is very knowledgeable on the subject. May be he'll swing by or you can PM him.

Less friction and less heat = more power with the belt and they don't shatter or loose teeth.

This is off topic from the belt drive, I have the XT and put a jetpro side mount pipe on it. Should i break it in with this pipe or the stock pipe?
