I'm going to order the non-CF version then. I did smoke the bearings, but I purchased a 'FastEddy' bearing set for the MT which I received today. How long does it take this guy to ship and how long did it take to receive it on your end? Thanks for the info by the way! Awesome sauce! Im about to order it up in a little bit....

I just messaged the guy for shipping rates. Did you guys have to do this? How much was it about?

Yep had to ask for rates
It was about $15 and 2 weeks to Australia

Gotcha. Thanks man! I am awaiting his reply. Getting a little nervous because it says 176 sold, 1 left. We shall see...

Because of the bigger wheels on the MT I'd be inclined to go with the 1:1 ratio

That's the one I clicked buy it now on. Im waiting for an invoice w/ shipping. He responded w/ the question of shipping, but thats it lol. I do plan on purchasing concrete tires and getting 24mm hubs to fit them (hpi tires.) I like dirt, but I may like tearing up on concrete more (the MT tires get eaten REAL quick if you start sliding around.)

Jeez, still waiting on an invoice w/ shipping so I can pay...

At any rate I'm wondering if anyone knows if this layshaft mount will work in the MT? I know it doesn't say so, but neither does the gear plate and the gear plate will fit perfectly. I can not find an aluminum layshaft mount which sucks because everything else is going to be aluminum that hold bearings minus the spindles.

If you have an aluminium plate you should also have the layshaft mount

Have you checked the mount.
The al one normally comes with the plate
Yes, Ive taken this whole thing apart several times now. The layshaft mount is plastic as well as other mounts. The plate that comes with is blue aluminum (V3 MT.) I cant find a layshaft mount for this MT anywhere. Sort of weird... But I sort of think the one they list in the link I posted above will fit the MT despite it not saying so.

Yep it will fit and you may as well get a pair of these at the same time if yours are plastic

Yea I messaged him asking for a quote. He responded like a day or so later (not fast.) I have mine installed. Its pretty good- had to shim stuff to get the belt to ride right though.
If you just purchase it then ask seller for a total, you'll be good. He is sort of slow, but he is very real.

Nice. I don't know what is going on. Hopefully he will message me back. How does the belt seem when you run it?

I tried on ebay also. Hit buy now it prompted me to ask for a shipping quote. I am pretty sure I did. I will wait another day and try again. Your conversation in English with him?

Same thing, prompted for a shipping quote, had it next day. Then i added the 1.54-1 belt kit which can be flipped to about a .65-1 (may have an xr rally coming...) payed and had an estimated delivery date the next day. Parts came a week a week earlier than expected by post. My end was all English, he prob uses a google translator.

Always asks for a shipping quote and he's not fast on replying.
I always use German when mailing him
