Looking for your opinions here...

Which is better for the MT V3 with stock (massive I might add) wheels...

* The stock Universal Drive Joints (CVD's)

or

* Dog bones and Drive cups?

I have a mt v3 it came with dog bones.i heard cvd's are weaker.also i welded my pins in and removed the set screw.it helped cuase i was seeing slight cracks around the pin area.if u do weld u have to grind the outside well so it doesn't bind.to me its a poor mans cvd but stronger.....

I think the dog bones with sleeved cups are the strongest option.

They have to be custom made. Once you temper the cups you have a piece of tube welded to the out side of the cup.
