If you have a slow servo with big torque, you can make up some speed with a longer arm. With a faster servo, you can gain torque with a shorter arm. My question related to what one is better? Im leaning towards the weaker/faster servo with a shorter arm. Logic? I don't use all the throw in my xbe currently. With a short arm, I can utilize more throw while still keeping the torque up. Thoughts?
Im looking at the Spektrum 9020 and 9010 specifically.
S9010 has 771 oz/in of torque at a speed of .14 sec/60 deg at 8.4 volts.
S9020 has 1050 oz/in of torque at a speed of .20 sec/60 deg at 8.4 volts.
