I believe Demon tried some top of the line bearings and they still failed.

If you run a Baja wheel adapter this is not necessary. The nut will only pull on the adapter keeping the tension off the bearings.Deluge said:Some people have gotten the stock bearings to last by adding a spacer between them. The theory is that when you tighten the wheel nut, it binds the bearings. So adding a spacer helps prevent that.
