I got my brand new XT turned the receiver on and guess what? The servos are twitching right out of the box I know this is not an isolated issue since I've read this before in this forum. What do you guys recommend for servo mod for the XT?

hitec 5745 for your steering. i put 2 on my MT when mine burnt out and never had a problem with them

I appreciate the input. Gonna call the store and change my order. Do you have a photo of your servos? just want to get an idea how you can install 2 steering servos and what they look like. why 2? Is it because of the monster tires? I noticed mine was only making a 1/4 turn. I think the stock servo was struggling to turn those big wheels.
