I'm in the first stage of the break in. Xb won't move unless u give it 3/4 throttle. It seems like the middle gear is in a bind any easy fix

Your description is a little vague.

1- take out all of the gears

2- mount the first one. The one on the clutch shaft.

3- spin to see if it spins freely. If yes, go to step 4. If no, then you know where the problem is located.

4- mount the middle gear (the one in the center of the transmission plate).

5- spin to see if it spins freely. If yes, go to step 6. If no, then you know where the problem is located.

6- mount the last gear (the one that connects to the brake assembly).

7- spin to see if it spins freely. It shouldn't spin freely since you have a problem. At least you will know where the bind is located.

Investigate starting from there, going through the brake assembly.

See if you can get the factory to replace the gears and then switch to a metal gear plate.
