how do i mount this body i don't know how


i think i need longer post i need as much help as i can get


if i cant figure it out i will sell the new Proline Desert rat Body

looks like the aluminum mounting post kit that comes with the mtpro would work...?

Nah, the aluminum ones are the exact same as the plastic versions.


What exactly are you having trouble with Slasher?

Front looks good, just drill holes, for the back you have to figure something out.


Also I think you might wanna get x-can tubes to point all air out.


Also I think you have to use lexan paint on body's inside

I understand why your asking advise on how to mount it. I got one used but didnt like the way it was mounted. Too late for me. If I was doing it Id cut the bar off that joins the 2 posts together in the rear. Without the center bar maybe it wouldnt hit the bed of the body? Body posts are cheap so I wouldnt worry about that. I can post pics after work today of mine. And youre going to have to enlarge the wheel wells.

Oh and yeah youre going to have to enlarge the wheel wells bc the wheelbase is different.

The wing mounts will allow the body to be mounted on a flat spot at the rear of the body. Some modification will need to be made to the wing posts to allow the use of the rear bumper though.

Thats good to know. Im glad there are options. Id like to repair mine and remount it.
