The redcat hubs are fine. They have held up fine so far, but it's still early. The big advantage over stock is that they remove some play between the hub and carrier. The screw to get to the carrier isn't under the turnbuckle either, making disassembly easier. Not sure how either compares to 7075.
I probably could remove the front brace, but wanted to keep it. More braces, more strength, right? Was easy to relocate anyway.
