OK you guys 2 years in this hobby and have never done any thing with a body! Until now, just got an XB-G from RCDAD and have been doing a little reading, my question is for the body mount holes are you using a reamer or are you drilling? Thanks

I use both reamers and step bits. Both work fine. On areas where the lexan is thicker the step bits are easier.

I know I'm late, but for future 'search' purposes....

I just used drill bits. I also put masking tape over the outside (helps keep the bit from initially sliding, but also protects the body if the bit does slide). When reaming out the hole for my DDM pipe in the side of my XSC body, I used a large drill bit to shape the hole (like a router) and it worked great. Left nice smooth/crips edges.
